the Diamond District The Diamond District was built to resemble the construction from the big cities of the 2000's, so tall skyscrapers reach towards the sky, housing most daemons and only the wealthiest and most noted humans. Crime is almost non-existent, and the officers favor this district to actually protect. |

the Commons The Commons, or as most humans call it, the market, is an open-aired park where humans and daemons alike come to spend and make money, either by selling their possessions or their bodies. Despite the fair amount of officers scanning the market on all occasions, crime is not an uncommon occurrence. Oftentimes, crimes against humans go unpunished while those against daemons are returned with severe consequences. |

Midtown Midtown is known for its mix of well-off humans and poor daemons (who have often lost everything to gambling). The homes are set up in a grid, and the closer to the inner city the nicer they are. Despite the equal mix of humans and daemons, the latter still seem to feel like they are better than their counterparts and fights between the races often break out. |

the Slums The Slums are simply that- slums. The ghetto. Only the poorest of the poor live in these terrible conditions, the majority of which being human. What little electricity makes it out to the slums is used to heat the poorly-built homes, but is often cut off to give the Diamond District a few more hours of fun. Due to the lack of officers, the streets of the slums are ridden with crime and violence. |

the Harbor A tightly-secured military outpost on the Pacific coast, the harbor's innards are rarely viewed, apart from those who work there- either prisoners or loyal military privates. The harbor is Victory City's primary connection to the outside world, for both supplies and information. The harbor supplies the entire city-state with food, and every hour, on the hour, a group of trucks leave to deliver food to the vendors. |

the Wall Victory City needed a boundary to protect it from the outside world, so the Council of Twelve elected to build a four-story-tall fence around the city. The fence is made out of a smooth stone, but still, some parts of this "Wall," as it was dubbed by the public, are very weak. Holes are peppered along the base of the wall, though they are covered by various objects and are difficult to locate if you don't know what you're looking for. |

Victory Forest Around Victory City lies what's now known as Victory Forest, a haven for wildlife that could not survive within the city. Though the forest is supposedly guarded 24/7, it is very rare to find an officer between the branches of the ancient trees that survived the mysterious Collapse. Many humans who break out of the city regularly come here and hunt for food, and occasionally run into hunters from the Settlement. |

the Settlement The Settlement, with a lack of a proper name, is a connection of huts within the trees farther away from the City, living under the radar. Those who live within the Settlement are primarily human, however a handful of daemons reside in peace with the members. The Settlement faces multiple hardships, from the struggle to find food to the occasional storm that threatens the land, but the people within are close-knit and don't hesitate to help one another. |

the Ruins Once upon a time, a town used to look over the Atlantic ocean, flanked by hills reading "Hollywood." The ruins of this once-great city rest about a week's walk away from the City and five days from the Settlement. Very few people go here, and even fewer return. It is rumored that monsters and mutants scour the skeletons of skyscrapers. |
